1What are the delivery times?
If your item is in stock / pre-made, we usually dispatch your order in 1 - 2 business days. This should be delivered in 1- 2 business days.
2Do you make bespoke items?
Yes, we do. We can fabricate any lead items or fixtures you need. Please get in touch.
3Can I collect from you?
We do not usually offer collection from our premises.
4Do you deliver at weekends?
Our deliveries are scheduled for weekdays only however this may be arranged in special circumstances.
5What is your refund and return policy?
We do not offer refunds on custom lead work. Please see our refund policy for further guidance.
