All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For our small items we charge rate shipping of £3.99 for delivery this will be added to your total at the end.

We offer free delivery on our the majority of our products and on orders over £50 we charge a small delivery fee for our motifs only. The shipping cost will be calculated and added on at the end.

Our estimated delivery time is 1-2 days all orders will be posted with next day delivery.

Deliveries are made with Royal Mail and will be posted Monday to Friday with next day delivery.  We will contact you with a tracking number sent to your phone number email if it’s provided.

We ship products all over the uk including Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
